What is already "in" and what is "out"? the theme of last week was a bit tricky . Finally, there are no general rules for trends. In most cases the latest technology equipment "in". I-pods or large flat panel displays are desired by many. For clothes exactly the opposite seems to be the case: Vintage is back in fashion.
For buildings one seems not to be united. Thus one finds in old Japan, beautiful buildings, right in front of the modern city life. Tall buildings stand next to small wooden shrines and yet somehow all fits together. Old and new, tradition and modernity - both are "in" while "out".
are now the good old days, after which we will yearn in ten years.
