Clairol Blue Intensifier

Frickeltum and other musical events

Hello dear reader!

After I fought through a sprawling jungle of numbers had for the mathematics test, which have yet to catch up, and am also in the study of the hormones for a short time tomorrow inserted biology flash (which I should have been the end of March to writing out, but now mercifully equal simply * moved to tomorrow has had fallen into a dilapidated Hustanfall *), I was drawn today in the Keyboard class. Two weeks ago was indeed as in my journal explained in detail the Part 1 exam instead of my keyboard, and in May, then came the 2nd part. Today I had the first two pieces of select Keyboard Course, which is third, only selected by the Conservatoire distributed six weeks before the exam.

First, I took a piece from one of my favorite bands Dream Theater , namely "Forsaken".

have I deciphered already last year with my keyboard teacher and written out the sheet music for keyboard, missing only a few bars and some chords do we fill out additionally with vocals from James LaBrie.
" Forsaken" is comparatively one of the simplest Dream theater pieces, the others are in some cases even for my keyboard teacher, an excellent piano and keyboard players is (he was even with Zucchero on) too heavy. Nevertheless, I have bought some time ago the official Dream Theater Keyboard Sheet Music to myself to fall into the Fricke Laben Expensive.

In "Learning to Live " I can play the beginning to some extent, which sounds as follows:

The others in the book contained pieces such as "Stream of Consciousness " or "The Great Debate " for example, are still far too much hard - but it is extremely fascinating to try the endless surges of keyboard music and dizzying Frickelpassagen enact themselves. It is only scratching the surface - but a wonderfully joyous.

The second piece is "Bring Me to Life " by Evanescence . Well, the song is nice, but otherwise tend not to include Evanescence those bands that I listen to regularly. Nevertheless, the play is to play challenging and will certainly be a challenge.

Where do I turn in the already musical score: in the near future two promising concerts are at
. Among other things, on Feb 12,
, so early as this Saturday, " Fights and Fires ", a punk rock band from England in Grevenmacher in the "Café des Sports". As the brother of one of my best friends, Patrick, co-organized the concert, I never touch this again vigorously promoted his products!

So, all absolutely storming the concert, this is certainly a terrific evening!

below as a small match another song from the home " Fights and Fires "with the name" Smoke and Mirrors ":

where we were earlier on in the Grand Masters of the Frickeltums: on March 8, 2011 to honor some the most grandiose progressive metal bands ever our little Grand Duchy, on the occasion of the "Power of Metal " tour. The names of the participants must you can melt in once on the tongue:

I am looking forward especially to Symphony X , this being one of my favorite bands - including really their symbiosis between Power and Progressive Metal interesting concept albums and issues (such as they put the whole "Odyssey" by Homer and John Milton's work "Paradise Lost" musically). However, Nevermore and Psychotic Waltz leave my Prog-Metal heart jump for joy in the air.

Off course to be the two concerts here are also detailed reports on my blog.
As a little parting gift before I am again drawn to the warm climes under my comforting blanket, two gems of the absolute Frickeltums from Symphony X's last album, "Paradise Lost", the first and last song of the work and my absolute favorite:
